KOALA has set the privacy policy below, and by using the application provided by KOALA, the user is deemed to have agreed to the privacy policy.

Article 1, get user information
KOALA acquires the following user information when the user uses the app.
1 KOALA acquires data on the usage status provided by the platformer. However, we do not collect any personally identifiable information.
2 KOALA may ask for the user's personal information when supporting by inquiries from the user.

KOALA will use the information collected in accordance with Article 1.2 to reply to inquiries.

プライバシーポリシー
KOALAはプライバシーポリシーについて下記に定め、KOALAの提供するアプリケーションを利用することにより、プライバシーポリシーについて利用者は同意したものとみなします。

１条、利用者の情報を取得します
　　　KOALAは利用者がアプリを利用した際、以下の利用者情報を取得します。
　　　１　KOALAはプラットフォーマーの提供する利用状況についてのデータを取得します。しかし個人を特定できる情報は収集しません。
　　　２　KOALAは利用者からのお問合せによりサポートする際に、利用者の個人情報を求めることがあります。

２条、利用目的
　　　KOALAは１条２項により収集した情報をお問合せの返信のために利用します。

３条、個人情報の管理
　　　KOALAは、利用者の個人情報を正確かつ最新の状態に保ち、個人情報への不正アクセス・紛失・破損・改ざん・漏洩などを防止するため、安全対策を実施し個人情報の厳重な管理を行ないます。

４条、個人情報の第三者への開示・提供の禁止
　　　KOALAは第三者に利用者を特定できる情報を提供しません。ただし、利用者の同意がある場合、および、法令に基づき開示することが必要である場合は除きます。

５条、法令、規範の遵守と見直し
　　　KOALAは、保有する個人情報に関して適用される日本の法令、その他規範を遵守するとともに、本ポリシーの内容を適宜見直し、その改善に努めます。
